Baoshan is located at the mouth of the Yangtze River，which has a profound educational and cultural heritage. There used to be the earliest University Town in Shanghai，with some well-known universities including Fudan University, China Public School and Tongji University. Tao Xingzhi, Zhu Ziqing, Wen Yiduo, as well as many educators and scholars like Hu Shi, Shen Congwen, Yu Dafu used to run schools and give lectures here. Baoshan is also the place where educator Mr. Tao Xingzhi practiced the ideal of education and left precious educational thoughts and wealth. In recent years, based on the regional situation, Baoshan is committed to deepening the comprehensive reform of education, steadily advancing the work of education modernization. Li Dongmei, deputy director of the Education Committee of Mentougou District of Beijing, Zhang Yunfeng, executive director of the Digital Office of Baoshan Education Bureau, Yang Shuangwu, deputy director of the Research Institute of Education of Mentougou District,of Beijing, and Pei Jun, principal of Beijing No. 8 Middle School Yongding Experimental School, were among the team members who participated in the activity. The two districts jointly witnessed the vivid practice of deep integration of education and artificial intelligence, and jointly drew a new blueprint for the future of smart education, injecting new vitality into the two districts' collaborative transformation and innovative development.
