Though not the open sea, the estuary shimmers with the same vivid, high-saturation blues as the coast, and graces each day with its own unique sunset glow.

Watching the leisurely passersby and the slow-drifting clouds, one feels a quiet sense of healing and ease.
Ships glide by, birds call softly, the river breeze hums a gentle tune. Red-and-white shore beacons stand against blue skies and drifting clouds, with boats passing through—by day or at dusk, every moment here is picture-perfect.

Embrace the romance of twilight: watch the tides rise and fall in the golden afterglow, then linger as night falls and city lights flicker on, when the river shines like a sea of stars. This is how life should be—savored with care.

A Stroll on Shanghai’s Most Beautiful Riverside Trail
Wander along the blue-and-gray fitness path, shaded by trees and scented with flowers. Whether you’re strolling, jogging, skateboarding, walking the dog, or flying a kite, this trail—celebrated as the most beautiful riverside path in Shanghai—invites you to breathe deeply and feel the rhythm of life.
Children laugh in the playground, and pets dash across the grass. A red lighthouse and a quaint viewing pavilion add a touch of vintage romance to every photo.
As evening falls, gather with family and friends to admire the riverside sunset, or cycle along the water’s edge, taking in the vast river views and the constant passing of ships.
A New Adventure at 180 Meters High
Rising above the Baoshan waterfront, the Shanghai Long Beach Tower stands as the tallest point on the district’s skyline. Inspired by the legendary “Golden Cudgel”, iconic weapon of the Monkey King, the tower soars 180 meters into the sky—an unmistakable landmark along the Yangtze estuary.
Perched 148 meters above the ground, the tower’s “Cloud Café”—One Step Garden—may be the only café in all of Shanghai where you can sip coffee while gazing out over the mighty Yangtze.
From the windows, sweeping views unfold: to the northeast, the dramatic meeting point of the Yangtze and Huangpu rivers; the grand Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal; the Baoshan Pagoda rising in the Shanghai Songhu Memorial Park for the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression—all landmarks framed in one breathtaking panorama.
This summer, the tower brings even more thrills with the launch of its Skywalk Adventure. At 180 meters above the city, visitors can step out onto a circular path around the tower—an inner ring and an outer ring, each stretching 88 meters.
After safety training and gear fitting, visitors begin with the inner loop to find their balance, before braving the outer path—where every step becomes a heart-pounding dance with the sky.
