First Large-scale Cruise Ship Made in China about to Make Its Maiden Voyage
Recently, "Adora Magic City", the first large-scale domestic cruise ship wearing "Dunhuang Flying Ribbon", has successfully completed its five-year design and construction process. Slowly departing from Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding No.4 Pier, the ship is heading to her first home port - Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, about to start a brand-new operation journey. This marks the beginning of a brand new page in China’s cruise industry. Adora Magic City will carry out two trial operation voyages before its maiden commercial voyage, and will officially depart from Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal on January 1, 2024. It will operate the international cruise route from Shanghai to classic tourist destinations in Northeast Asia. At that time, "Adora Magic City" will set sail grandly from Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal with tourists from all over the world, and the dream of Chinese people boarding a domestically produced large cruise ship and exploring the world at sea will soon come true.

Adora Magic City has a total tonnage of 135,500 tons, a length of 323.6 meters and a moulded breadth of 37.2 meters. The ship has 20 decks and 2,826 cabins, including 2,125 guest cabins, and can carry 5,246 passengers.
