From April 1st to May 31st, a total of 549 applications for business registration were handled, including 527 cases of setting up new companies and 22 cases of company profile changes; a total of 36 permits (filing) approval of various types were handled, including one case of Class I medical device filing, two cases of the Class I medical device commissioned production filing, 14 cases of Class II medical device business filing, 14 cases of Class III medical device business licensing, four cases of drug retail business licensing, and one case of cosmetic production licensing.

During the period, 16 cases were handled through the online help platform of the “Integrated Online Platform” of the Administrative Service Center. Due to the closure of the office hall, the office directors provided remote registration counseling for 689 market entities through phone, WeChat, and other methods.

Electronic business licenses can be given directly to the enterprises, and paper versions will be granted upon the enterprises’ on-site application after the epidemic’s end.

From June 1st, the on-site acceptance services of the “Integrated Online Platform” have been fully restored, and the “Single-Window Service Area” of Baoshan Administrative Service Center also provides convenient services for newly established enterprises. Baoshan “dianxiaoers” are providing “golden services” for more and more enterprises.
