Recently, as the steel structure of the first assembly section of curtain wall was slowly raised under the joint traction of six hoisting equipment, the lifting of the curtain wall structure of Shanghai Long Beach Sightseeing Tower kicked off.

Shanghai Long Beach Sightseeing Tower consists of 3 stories underground and 19 stories above ground. Its shape is like a pin, inserted into the intersection of the Huangpu River and the Yangtze River. With the height of 180 meters, the tower will not only be the highest building in Baoshan District, but also a supporting project for the municipal major project of G1503 Underwater Tunnel. The steel structure of the curtain wall of the tower to be lifted is a non-coplanar, cylindrical high-rise steel structure, which is fitted by non-coplanar triangular units, including three large hanging sections, with a maximum hanging distance of 44 meters.

Shanghai Long Beach Sightseeing Tower, located at the east end of the Long Beach base, is a landmark building in the area and dominates the skyline of the riverside in Baoshan. The tower is 180m in height, and its main steel structure is of cantilevered structure, with the maximum of 9m, and the floors are distributed in a leaping manner, with the maximum headroom of 44m.

The architectural design of the tower resembles a huge pin. The tower is slender, with simple lines, and the facade adopts a partial sliding glass curtain wall structure. The highly integrated interior and exterior spaces provide a 360-degree panoramic view of the landscape. In order to make better use of the space and enhance functions, vertical greening, high-altitude rock climbing, rope matrix, restaurant, wedding hall and sightseeing platform are arranged in the tower, providing real scenes to experience modern lifestyle.

After the tower is completed and put into operation, citizens can climb the tower to overlook the magnificent view of sunrise in the east and the International Cruise City in the south.

Recently, Luojing Town held in Tangwan Village “Cultural Confidence • Orienteering” and “Micro+” brand launch ceremony, series of activities celebrating centennial party founding in Luojing Town.

With a loud command, the orienteering kicked off, and 18 teams in yellow uniforms ran through the beautiful countryside.

The “Centennial Celebration in March • Cultural Confidence” orientating consists of 7 stations: Tangwan Village Party Service Station, Mansion Gu Party Service Station, Good Neighbor Point, Luojing Farm Style Exhibition Hall, Mother Flower Culture Park and other representative party service station and key projects for rural revitalization. Activities were launched at each station, such as the “Centennial Party Founding” 100-second quick answer, “Four Happiness Cake” interaction, “Cross-stitch” teamwork, “Local Shanghai Opera” singing, and “Classic Comics” drawing, guiding participants to further understand the Party, folk customs, intangible cultural heritages, operas, Chinese comics, sports and idioms in the fun experience, and enhancing cultural confidence. 

“Golden and bright in spring, reflecting the sun and scattering fragrance in the wind". It is a cultural experience trip, a pastoral trip in spring, and a trip in pursuit of dreams. While enjoying the immersive interactive experience, the participants also enjoyed the natural scenery in Tangwan Village, a key national tourist village and Shanghai Rural Revitalization Demonstration Village, and experienced changes in the ecology, industries and local customs in the countryside, which further stimulated their love for the Party, the country and the countryside.
