Director of the Neighborhood Committee of No. 4 Haibin Village Community said that the rate of dropping dry garbage and wet garbage reaches about 37% in terms of refuse sorting. At the beginning, the residents felt that classifying dry garbage and wet garbage is unnecessary and complicate; after this year, the residents have a deeper understanding of refuse sorting and regularize it now.

According to the cadres of the Neighborhood Committee, the accuracy rate of refuse sorting in No. 4 Haibin Village Community has reached 97%; the designed manager of the sub-district will take a daily deodorization to domestic waste, the results of which are in line with the standard on the whole.
