The first plot planning of Wusong Sub-CBD has been drawn up not long ago. The plot will be built into a large block for commerce, culture and leisure, and three skyscrapers with the height of 200 meters, 170 meters and 155 meters, respectively, which records the new height in Shanghai outer-ring. How come Baoshan gets numerous beneficial policies of urban development?

Each plot takes its turn to lead to build a ripple lighting mode during the urban development.

For example, Shanghai put forward the idea to build four Sub-CBDs in the 1990s, such as Xujiahui Sub-CBD, Wujiaochang Sub-CBD, Zhenru Sub-CBD and Huamu Sub-CBD, which becomes a hit in urban construction and real estate market. As for the industry layout, Luodian is surrounded by northern suburb future industry park of Zhangjiang High-tech Industry Park, Fujin Industrial Park of an industry-city demonstration area with a total investment of more than RMB20 billion, IC Industry Park covering an area of 100 mu, and North Shanghai Biopharmaceutical Industry Park that has just attracted a number of major biomedical industry projects. In terms of ecology, another West Meilan Lake and Sports Park will be built on the west side of Meilan Lake, and will be joined to nearby Meilan City under the construction to knit a huge urban life circle with leisure, residence, business and office that is rare in Shanghai.
