Gu Jin is a female ethnic Han born in October 1968. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She currently serves as Vice Chairwoman and Party Leadership Group Member of the Standing Committee of the Baoshan District People’s Congress. She is also Chairwoman of the Baoshan District Federation of Trade Unions.
