Wang Liyan is a female ethnic Han born in October 1964. She holds a postgraduate degree of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She currently serves as Vice Chairwoman and Party Leadership Group Vice Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Baoshan District People’s Congress.
