Tang Lingfeng, Han nationality and a CPC member, was born in February 1976. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He currently serves as Deputy Governor of Baoshan District, and Party Secretary, Director General and Chief Inspector of the Baoshan Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.
