Meng Qingyuan, male, Han Chinese, a CPC member, was born in March 1973. He holds an MPA degree. Meng is now a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Baoshan District Committee and serves as Deputy Governor of Baoshan District and Chief Commander of Shanghai Pairing Assistance Forward Command in Xinjiang (11th batch) and Director of Xinjiang Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government.
