Li Lan, female, Han Chinese, a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA), was born in October 1967. She was a postgraduate and holds a doctoral degree in economics. Li now serves as Vice Chairwoman of the CPPCC Baoshan District Committee (part-time), Director of the Baoshan District Finance Bureau, and Chairwoman of the CNDCA Baoshan District Committee.
