Xiao Gang, male, Han nationality, born in September 1979, holds a master’s degree in economics. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Baoshan District Committee and the Deputy Governor of Baoshan District.
