Hu Baoguo, male, Han Chinese, a CPC member, was born in July 1974. He was an on-the-job postgraduate and holds a doctoral degree in law. Hu is now a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Baoshan District Committee and serves as Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of Baoshan District.
