The project mainly consists of self-retained industrial blocks in the areas of Shanghai Baogang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Baogang Special Steel Co., Ltd., which are subsidiaries of China Baowu. At present, the premiere land is located in the northern part of Wusong Innovation City, the former area of Baogang Special Steel, which was built in 1958. The total construction area of the premiere land is about 220,000 square meters, and a phased development model is adopted. The project includes many products such as a Grade A office building with a new height (183 meters) in Baoshan District, a high-space penthouse rebuilt from a factory building, and a luxury single building with an area of 10,000 square meters. Many services are also provided to meet the needs of multiple functions, such as creative shared office, headquarters office, special R&D office, and vertical industry office.

Baowu (Shanghai) Carbon Neutral Industrial Park is the first characteristic industrial park recognized by Shanghai with the theme of green and low-carbon development.
