Recently, Shanghai Baoshan Hard Technology Center was inaugurated in the Arts Center of Wisdom Bay.

The center, co-built by Gucun Town and Shanghai Xingu Investment Management Co., Ltd., aims to “attract technological enterprises, facilitate the commercialization of technological achievements, enhance industrial-financial integration, and optimize innovation platforms” on the basis of its ecosystem of “one landmark, two platforms, three service systems and four functional zones”. It is oriented as China’s first regional urban technological innovation-driven industrial platform around the theme of “hard technologies” and “industrial-financial-marketing integration”. 

The center mainly provides services in relation to equity investment and financing, third-party roadshow presentation, online product exhibition, industrial policy guide, pre-listing tutoring and training, and data empowerment. Typical technologies developed by the center include optoelectronic chips, artificial intelligence, aerospace, biotechnology, 5G information technology, new materials, new energy, and intelligent manufacturing, etc. Now the hard technology center and roadshow presentation base are officially in service. 

Shanghai Xingu Investment Management Co., Ltd. owns entities engaging in financial technology, fund management and other technology-related business, as well as third-party roadshow presentation platforms. As previously agreed, the company will operate in an office area of over 900 m2 in the Wisdom Bay of Gucun Town. The company organizes no less than 24 events each year, including roadshows, online interviews, investment-themed salons, industrial communication events, policy advocacy and industrial forums. It has provided over 200 customers with project services, attracted more than 2,000 investors, and been covered by technological and financial media for over 20 times. The amount of investment and funds raised exceeds 2 billion. Over 50% of clients of the company are technological enterprises. 30% of the projects have been successfully implemented, affecting a target audience of 20,000 people.

During the event, the founder of Shanghai Xinbao Information Technology Co., Ltd. provided an introduction to the hard technology center which was jointly inaugurated by the guests present. Forums and meetings were held, too.
