The 2021 Baoshan Investment Promotion Conference and the Inauguration Ceremony for Major Projects were just held, at which 30 major projects with a total investment of 20 billion yuan were announced. The Concord Max project is one of them, which is located in the Northern Shanghai Biomedicine Industry Park.

With the north to Meilan Lake Road of Luodian Town and the east to Hutai Road, the Concord Max project occupies an area of 66,090 m2 (about 100mu). The planned construction includes a headquarters office zone, a trial R&D zone, a scientific and technological R&D incubation zone, and a service and supporting facilities zone. It will introduce companies engaged in biomedicine R&D, smart healthcare, inspection and testing, smart manufacturing, etc. Once completed, the park will house about 130 companies which can generate an annual output of 2 billion yuan and an annual tax income of 200 million yuan.

Focusing on medicine, medical equipment R&D and smart healthcare, this project plans to build the park into a high-end biomedicine R&D center and a cluster of smart healthcare companies in four years. Mainly offering comprehensive office buildings, independent office buildings, conference and training centers, talent apartments and supporting commercial facilities, the park will interact with the Northern Shanghai Biomedicine Industry Park to facilitate the industrial restructuring and improve the economic and social value of the region.

The project is operated by Beijing Gold Concord Group Co., Ltd. which is headquartered in Beijing and specialized in the development and operation of high-end science and technology parks and customized parks.
