Park Planning

With an area of about 7.4 square kilometers, the Park ranges from Panjing River in the east to Hutai Road in the west and from Shitai Road in the south to Jinshi Road in the north, and will be built into a production-city integrated park featured with headquarters R&D, high-end residence and business supporting.

Regarding sci-tech innovation as the core, the Park will focus on mobile Internet, intelligent manufacturing, high-end equipment, new materials, new energy, biomedicine and other emerging strategic industries. Relying on Baoshan’s industry resources, it is aimed to build a sci-tech park with distinctive industry characteristics by drawing lessons from the development and service of Pudong Golden Bridge Park.

Smooth Transportation

With smooth transportation, the Park is close to Hutai Highway and is 7 km away from Yueluo Ramp on S7 Shanghai-Chongming Expressway. With T1 Line running through it, the Park is 5 km from Meilanhu Station on Line 7 and is 10 minutes’ drive away from Xuhang Station of Nantong-Shanghai Railway or Beiyanjiang High-speed Railway, thus knitting a three-dimensional transportation network of road, railway rail and rail traffic.

Besides, it is about 28 km from the People's Square and 30 km from Hongqiao International Airport, which is integrated into the life circle of urban center effortlessly.

As the phase I project of the core area of the Park, China • Shanghai STAR Market Enterprises Headquarters Park covers a total area of 360,000 square meters. Designed with the modern design concept by SWECO FFNS, an international architectural design company, it is aimed to build 28 modern office buildings integrated with art and technology.

With 6-meter height at the first floor, the Headquarters Park has all-steel structure to reduce indoor columns and optimize the space utility, so as to meet the firms’ needs in headquarters office and R&D centers. Besides, it will offer sci-tech innovation firms rich carriers and high-quality services, and build an ecological service platform for sci-tech innovation industry, in a bid to turn into an important distribution center for corporate investment and financing.
