Shanghai Baoyang Powerlong Plaza, the 10th great project of Powerlong Group in Shanghai, was opened grandly on December 22, 2019.

Powerlong Group has three projects being launched at the same time to enhance the layout of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD).

Powerlong Group has been providing the business operation services to developers, tenants and owners of retail commercial properties since 2007, and ranked the 4th among the business operation service providers in China by the end of 2018. As of June 30, 2019, the Group, boasting of 45 retail commercial properties with a total operating floor area of about 6.4 million square meters, had been one of the few commercial operating service providers with the diversified management and the speciality and capability of retail commercial properties.

The Group has three projects being launched on December 22. The Plaza is the model of its plaza-based projects.

A new commercial landmark is built in north Shanghai to facilitate urban renewal.

Covering shopping center, Macao Street, office buildings, hotels, long-term leasing apartments and so on, Baoyang Powerlong  Plaza is the first commercial complex in urban Baoshan that can reached directly by metro. As an important part of central Shanghai, urban Baoshan is the northern hub and a new modern town leading the YRD world-class urban agglomeration. The Plaza will create new forms of business and introduce new brands to help regional urban renewal, to lead to a better life and the consumption upgrade, and to build a new commercial landmark in north Shanghai.

A cluster of firstly-opened stores is built to lead to a new type of consumption.

With a commercial area of 148,000 square meters, the Plaza has introduced more than 200 well-known brands, including MUJI flagship store & bakery, the first Meland Children's Paradise in Baoshan, CGV Cinema, Yonghui Bravo Boutique Supermarket, Starbucks Reserve Store, Haidilao Hot Pot Smart Restaurant, Tera Wellness Club, Bar/iShop/Party KTV, Sisyphe Books and other featured stores. In addition, the Plaza has introduced a number of regional firstly-opened stores and online-famous stores, such as Nayuki Tea, Hey Tea, Colorlab, Nike Beacon 550, Adidas Mega, Palace, Nanjing Dai Pai Dang (food stall) and Spacelab Restaurant, in order to cater to the diversified consumption demands of consumers reveling in fashion.

The Plaza has more than 30% of regional firstly-opened stores and even Shanghai’s firstly-opened stores. Arrays of international trendy brands, online-famous stores of new commerce and new retail industry, flagship stores and firstly-opened featured store are landed here to stimulate the new potential of consumption, to make innovation in regional consumption, and to turn the Plaza into a new destination for consumption.

Efforts are made on parent-child consumption to build a sharing model for the whole family.

Taking the children as the core and driving the one-person-led consumption, Baoyang Powerlong Plaza has built an over-6,000-square-meter paradise for children, and has continuously increased the dimensions for children's recreation. It introduces a large-scale children's paradise and lots of children's retail brands, and extends the children-oriented consumption chain to have children's outward development, interest training, professional experience, thinking education, children's catering, parent-child photography and other business forms. Furthermore, it strives to attract post-85s and post-90s parents by integrating children-oriented business and other business forms, creating a multiple experiencing scene for family and building a new experiencing model shared by the whole family, so as to enable each family to get their own consumption space in the Plaza.

An exploratory space is built, and arts are injected into buildings culturally.

With "Mall + Commercial Street" mode, the Plaza can rapidly achieve the indoor and outdoor transformation and enrich the shopping experience. The center of the Plaza perfectly integrates the industrial style with ecology, while the atrium is themed on "future forest, port town and fantasy paradise", making an exploratory scene. The outdoor squares boast children's paradises, sports sites, interactive waterscape, chill-out space, activity space and so on, creating an open and extensible scene.
