It is a modern service industry park integrating sales fields, shopping malls and creative parks and a large project invested and developed by Baoshan District Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. It is positioned with functions of large sales fields, large-sized dining places and economical hotels.
This project covers a floor area of 108mu, and a construction area of 65,000 ㎡. The project phase I, occupying a construction area of 12,000㎡, was completed in December 2009, and currently a small section is still in the investment promotion stage. The project phase II is mainly the RT-MART which is still in the decoration stage and will be put into official service in the first quarter of 2014. The phase III and phase IV is in the planning and construction stage.
