This project will be built into a modern-logistics steel material trading center with multi-layer warehousing and an operation mode of front shop and back store, and formed into a regional steel market whose influence reaches as far as north Shanghai and Jiangsu. Starting from warehousing logistics and financing pledge, the project will attract a group of steady medium-sized traders to engage in financial guarantee business in Luojing Town of Baoshan District and provide steel-related services with high added value, such as hot rolling, cold rolling, ship plates, and flat plates.
The project covers an area of 96,667㎡ with a total investment of about RMB230 million by Xiamen Xiangyu Group Co., Ltd. which will also undertake its construction. The project is under construction.
