Baoshan Sports Center is located in the heart of Baoshan District. Covering a gross area of 79,670 square meters, the center is made up of three parts, including a multi-functional arena, a public square, and a citizen plaza. The center is designed to be not only a sports center, but also a cultural and entertainment hub.

The multi-functional arena is capable of hosting various kinds of sports, exhibitions, and conferences. With a giant LED screen, the removable stage, 400 m running tracks and lighting and sound systems, the public square is a normal setup for Shanghai biggest basketball park (10 standard courts), roller/ice skating rinks, beach volleyball court, and rock-climbing, etc. Whereas, the citizen plaza is a four floors building containing shops, a swimming pool, Gym, badminton, tennis, and table Tennis courts.
