After a series of upgrading and transformation, three more petty gardens were built in Baoshan District, and the urban "micro-space" environment is further optimized.

Yan Garden

Yan Garden is located in Youyi Street, Baoshan District and is on the north side of Pangu Road, covering an area of 1,441 square meters. After the renovation, the entrance landscape has been transformed, the basic design has been further improved, and the functions of Yan Garden have been enriched. In terms of garden greening, flowering plants such as somei-yoshino and begonia were planted to make the garden greener.

Sijiao Petty Garden on Shaoshan Road and Hulian Road

The Sijiao Petty Garden on Shaoshan Road and Hulian Road is located around the intersection of Shaoshan Road and Hulian Road, covering an area of about 5,181 square meters. The garden was transformed based on the current framework, the functional zoning of green space was reshaped and the infrastructure was upgraded.

On the whole, a 2-meter-wide permeable concrete garden road was adopted, which connects four plots in series in shape to form visual unity and connects various entrances and exits and the activity squares. The garden consists of four parts with the theme of "spring, summer, autumn, and winter” to form a "Four Seasons Garden" to meet the outdoor leisure, fitness, and entertainment needs of surrounding residents.

Green space on the west side of Wenchuan Road

The green space on the west side of Wenchuan Road is connected with its sidewalk, and the south side of the Road is close to the river course, covering an area of about 2,306 square meters. After the renovation, a permeable concrete garden road and two rest spaces were added. By taking advantage of the height difference between Wenchuan Road and the green space, a dry stream was designed in the low-lying terrain, forming a street public green space with various sceneries in different seasons. At the same time, a plant landscape with the theme of "Ornamental Grass Scenery” was formed with pennisetum as the main part, blue cattail and pampas grass as the auxiliary part.
